The FEI Dallas membership directory is a hardcopy booklet published annually and distributed to all members in good standing to help connect with your FEI colleagues and chapter sponsors.

FEI Dallas Members | Each FEI Dallas member has a personal listing showing name, company, job title, preferred address, phone number, email address, LinkedIn address, and a headshot.  Contact information is obtained from your FEI member record.

Headshots | Members who wish to provide a new headshot or replace their existing headshot should send a high-resolution image to Sharla Hibberd by 10.11.24.  Note: If you had a headshot taken by the photographer at the September 10 meeting*, this image will be used unless you advise Sharla otherwise by 10.11.24.  (*For more information on the professional headshot, see the email from Jackie Dunn sent on September 18.)

Career Management Monthly Meetings 2024-25

Career Management meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month year-round in association with The Financial Executives Networking Group (The FENG) hosted by Bank of Texas and S+H Search, in the Ground Floor Conference Room at Sherry Lane Place unless otherwise noted. Meetings are open to members of FEI Dallas and Fort Worth, employed or unemployed, and DFW FENG members. CPE credit is available to FEI members who register in advance at the FEI Dallas website. Registration is open through the end of the meeting. FENG members do not receive CPE credit and do not need to register.

The SEC recently released a new cyber disclosure rule requiring public companies to disclose information about their cybersecurity governance practices as well as impacts associated with material cyber incidents. While they include information on what is required to be disclosed, they don’t address how organizations might design their processes and controls to accurately address those disclosure requirements. One approach may be to utilize the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) cybersecurity risk management framework.
