Make Listening Your Superpower
Make Listening Your Superpower is an interactive learning lab designed for participants to strengthen coaching conversations through intentional listening. Participants will explore the difference between listening to respond and listening to learn, examine common listening traps that show up in coaching moments, and practice using listening superpowers that create clarity, ownership, and forward focused thinking. Through discussion, real world scenarios, and hands on activities, participants will leave with practical listening strategies they can immediately apply in meetings to better support development and growth.

AI in Healthcare Operations: How Payers and Providers Are Rebuilding Infrastructure
This session examines how artificial intelligence is beginning to reshape the operational infrastructure of healthcare organizations. While most attention has focused on clinical AI and diagnostics, the largest impact is emerging in administrative workflows, claims operations, utilization management, and cross-organizational coordination between payers and providers.
The discussion will explore how healthcare organizations are deploying AI to reduce administrative burden, improve transparency in financial decision making, and address rising cost pressures. Speakers will also examine governance considerations, regulatory oversight, and the operational risks associated with poorly implemented AI systems.
Attendees will gain practical insight into where AI is delivering measurable operational value today and where expectations are exceeding reality.
