Current & Future Workforce Dynamics
This program will explore the rapidly evolving workforce landscape, and the challenges organizations face in structuring workforce composition amid ongoing labor shortages and shifting skill demands. The discussion will cover the broader “workforce evolution,” including the retirement of Baby Boomers, growing HR and operational risks in a dynamic labor market, and how organizations can proactively plan their future talent strategies. The session will also examine the rising demand for skilled trades, declining demand in traditional office roles, and the role AI will play.

AI’s Economic Impact Starts With Infrastructure: Data Centers, Power Investment & the Macroeconomic Outlook
While artificial intelligence is often discussed in terms of productivity and jobs, recent macroeconomic research shows that its near-term economic impact is being driven primarily by capital investment—particularly data centers, power infrastructure, and energy-intensive equipment. Drawing on Moody’s AI macroeconomic scenarios, this session examines how AI is reshaping growth through physical investment, how rising infrastructure and energy costs can influence inflation and regional competitiveness, and why energy availability is becoming a critical factor in where AI-driven economic growth ultimately occurs

AI in Healthcare Operations: How Payers and Providers Are Rebuilding Infrastructure
This session examines how artificial intelligence is beginning to reshape the operational infrastructure of healthcare organizations. While most attention has focused on clinical AI and diagnostics, the largest impact is emerging in administrative workflows, claims operations, utilization management, and cross-organizational coordination between payers and providers.
The discussion will explore how healthcare organizations are deploying AI to reduce administrative burden, improve transparency in financial decision making, and address rising cost pressures. Speakers will also examine governance considerations, regulatory oversight, and the operational risks associated with poorly implemented AI systems.
Attendees will gain practical insight into where AI is delivering measurable operational value today and where expectations are exceeding reality.
